Killian led the analysis of quarry/aggregate market structure, conduct and performance, and undertook a market vertical integration analysis of the construction industry.
Killian completed an economic assessment of the impact of the wine industry on the New Zealand economy using NZIER’s MONASH-NZ dynamic CGE model.
This paper presents a new approach for systematically scanning the existing stock of a regulatory regime and identifying regulations that have a high likelihood of creating, rather than mitigating, market inefficiencies.
