Daniel Pambudi



Daniel is a research economist and joined NZIER in May 2015. He maintains NZIER’s static and dynamic CGE models of the New Zealand economy.

He has constructed and updated CGE databases of Indonesia, Australia, the Democratic Republic of Congo, and the global economy.

Daniel’s experience was gained at ABARES, Department of Agriculture in Canberra, the Food and Agriculture Organisation (FAO) in Rome, the Department of Economics at Monash University in Melbourne, and the Ministry of Finance in Indonesia.

Daniel is passionate about estimating clients’ contribution to the economy and supporting clients’ good decision-making using New Zealand and global computable general economic models.
